The 2nd SMASH "SMANISDA OPEN DEBATE CHAMPIONSHIPS" 2012

The 1st SMASH SMANISDA OPEN DEBATE CHAMPIONSHIPS held on 2011, with 3 prelims in the first day and 4 elimination rounds in the second day. With 27 participants of SMP-SMA-Univesity (2nd semester), from Surabaya, Malang, and Sidoarjo. The first place goes to JATIM RANGERS as the NSDC JATIM Team, the second and third place goes to Universitas Brawijaya . 

We would like to announce 2nd SMASH SMANISDA OPEN DEBATE CHAMPIONSHIPS 2012. It's open debate for SMP - SMA - University (only for 4th semester below so for the 6th semester above can't join this competition). The system will be Asian 3 on 3 debate and you can have coalition with other univ or school as long as you are active students in school and 4 th semester students in University. This is the detail info:

These are the prepared motions for Smanisda Open Debate Championships 2012. there will be 5 headings in Impromptu motion. happy case building.....

Minority

1. THW allow minority to fight for their right through media
2. THW compel indigenous people to go to school
3. THW grant full right to establish worships

Democracy

1. THBT democracy in indonesia beyond its mean
2. THBT Election campaign should not be financed independently from it's members
3. THBT liberal democracies should send female ambassadors to states that repress women

Human right

1. THBT the West should adopt a one-child policy.
2. THBT human rights should be considered culturally relative.
3. THBT we should allow all citizens, including the entirely healthy, to access assisted suicide.
